How to use

Shake well before use. Follow the serving directions on the bottle. The suggested amount is 1–2 droppers (1–2 mL), once or twice daily. To ease in, start with one serving per day and gradually work up to the full suggested amount. Take with food or mix into a beverage; do not take directly in your mouth.

A 2 oz bottle contains approximately 30–60 servings, depending on the amount used.
