Affectionately known as "Mr. Fun Guy," Nelms brings a wealth of experience to the culinary world. As a seasoned chef, Nelms honed his skills in Philadelphia, crafting pastries for the world-renowned Le Bec Fin Restaurant. His culinary journey also took him to the charming kitchens of Martha’s Vineyard and the vibrant dining scenes of Fort Myers Beach.
